2026 HRC Local Chapter Transferable Conference Registration

Local chapters may purchase a transferable conference registration to support and recognize their members. This registration can be awarded as a scholarship or prize—such as through a raffle or nomination process—with the attendee designated at a later date. It’s a meaningful way for chapters to invest in their members while encouraging conference participation.

There is no limit on how many transferable conference registrations a chapter can purchase. Once purchased, the HRC registration team will follow up and provide a registration coupon code that your recipient can use to officially register for the event. All transferable conference registrations should be completed by September 1, 2026. Transferable conferece registrations are non-refundable.
