Programs & Registration
- Three (3) conference registrations
- Speaking Opportunity: Sponsor will have four minutes to speak during the Pinnacle Awards Luncheon on Thursday, October 1 and may include video if AV capabilities allow.
Promotion & Advertising Before Event
- Company logo and link on conference website
- Social media mentions from SMPS HRC account
- Attendee List: Sponsor will receive a pre-show attendee mailing list three weeks before the conference (September 9, 2026) and a final list one day after (October 5, 2026). This list will include the attendees' name, company, title, and email address.
Visibility & Recognition During Event
- Sponsor will receive first choice of one 8x10 exhibitor booth space with power
- Advertisement in program
- Company logo included on name tag lanyards
- Sponsor will be allowed to host a happy hour on Thursday, October 1 (this will not be part of the official HRC schedule)
NOTE: Full payment must be received before promotion and logo placement can be started. All sponsorships must be received by August 3, 2026 to ensure placement.
